The workspace...One of our old barns...plenty of room for this boat.
Getting ready to do butt joints.

Chines Installed

Had to get a bunch of fans for 90 plus degrees we had for several weeks in a row...
Took one big whole day to get both layers on the bottom.
(and lots of epoxy)
So far, 12 pounds of SS Screws.
My friend Jim helped that day...
Picture of me...
Glassing the chines....
And the bottom. Decided to just do one heavy layer on the bottom...
3 coats of primer....3 coats of paint.
This is a test of wetting out glass with titebond 2. It does surprisingly well and more than passed the peel test.
I won't use it on this boat but probably will try it on a small tender.
First views of the boat upright!!
